Roots To Unhappiness : GRUMBLINGS

Grumbling is one of the most destructive action that can fire up our anger and hatred. The more we grumble about things or people we are not satisfied or unhappy about, the angrier we become and the hatred cut deeper and deeper.

If you are dissatisfied or frustrated about something or someone in your life, ask yourself one question: Can you do anything constructive about it? Can you improve or change the situation for the better?

If it is a situation or person you can do something about, do it. But on the other hand if it is a situation or person you definitely cannot do anything about, ACCEPT it. Be at peace with the fact that there are things in life we might not like or are not comfortable with, but they are part and parcel of life. Understand this fact, and learn to live with it.

No country is perfect. No company is perfect. No family is perfect. Neither are we perfect. Imperfections are part of all of us and the world we live in.

Grumblings will feed the frustrations, angers, hatreds, etc. and scores of other negative emotion. Stop yourself when you realized you are grumbling. Catch hold of the “monster” of anger and frustration and wrench it by the neck. Kill the “monster” on the spot.
